A: Obviously each staging is unique and there are many factors that determine the cost of a particular job. Though the cost of each project will vary, I am always willing to work with you to provide staging at a price you can afford. But feel free to call and I can give you some general pricing guidelines.
Q: Why should I stage?
A: Staged homes have an emotional appeal for the buyer and they tend to sell quicker and at a higher price than a typical non-staged home. A staged home makes a better first impression and when done correctly, it helps camouflage the less attractive features of a home and highlights the positive qualities.

Q: How long will it take?
A: Depending upon my availability, I will do my best to be ready whenever you are. On the actual day of the staging, I am generally able to complete the project in 3-6 hours.
Q: Does staging guarantee a sell?
A: Don't I wish? No, of course staging is no guarantee that the house will sell faster or for more money. But it's been my experience that they do!
